Laura’s culinary roots are to be found in the Golden Valley in deepest rural Herefordshire, where traditional cooking using the freshest local produce was sacrosanct. However her love of cooking was actually homed on her many visits to France. Where a meal was an occasion to be enjoyed and Sunday lunch would last for hours, where simple ingredients combined with the correct preparation could lead to such memorable occasions.
Now her four children are growing up and she has been relived of the pressure from living on a cattle property, Laura is living her passion of creating meals for peoples enjoyment. Laura’s specialty is cooking for weddings and firmly believes that the wedding faire should be an integral part of the occasions and not just to feed hungry mouths.
